Movies watched for the first time in 2011

It was an ambition of mine to be less like the kind of person who never knows what movie you’re talking about, and more like the kind of person who has a vague memory of maybe seeing that film you’re talking about once. So, I decided at the beginning of the year to kind of track every new movie I saw. I’m sure I’ve missed some along the way and I still have never seen too many movies. And some of these aren’t really all that good, maybe even embarrassing, but, you know how boredom and Netflix goes. I will say that once Nick Pemberton moved away and took with him our Cleveland movie watching room and subsequently our band of movie watchers more or less disbanded, I watched far fewer strange, gory, terrible movies than I did in say, 2010. I regret that I only made it through one movie on Nick’s scary movie month list, but it was just too much to take on alone. Anyway, I give you 2011 in movies:
