I am 25 and I have never used any kind of self control for any length of time. That’s the truth. I am bad at resolutions. I can’t count calories or weigh myself daily or put on make up in the mornings or dry my hair before I leave or wake up on time or hang my clothes up when they come out of the dryer or half the time remember to take them out of the dryer...
